1. Acceptance of Terms
By installing or using the Privacy Shield Chrome Extension or purchasing a Pro license, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not install or use the software.
2. Free and Pro Licenses
Privacy Shield is offered in a Free edition with core features and a Pro edition available via a one-time lifetime purchase. A Pro license grants you the right to activate Pro features on up to 3 personal devices simultaneously.
3. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Privacy Shield extension, source code, design, logos, and trademarks are and will remain the exclusive property of Privacy Shield and its creators.
4. Limitation of Liability
Privacy Shield is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the extension.
